Shipping

• Dispatch: within 24 business hours, Monday–Friday.
• Complimentary shipping on all orders over $200.
• Tracking: emailed the moment your parcel ships.
• International: not yet standard — write to us and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

• Window: 30 days from delivery.
• Condition: unopened, with the hygiene seal intact. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened hair.
• Wrong shade? That's covered by our free shade exchange — no return needed, just write to us.
• How: email us with your order number and we'll send instructions the same business day.
