Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened items with the hygiene seal intact. Because hair extensions are a hygienic product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or worn hair — this protects every customer.

Free shade exchange

Every order includes one complimentary shade exchange. If your shade is not a perfect match, contact us within 30 days with the hygiene seal intact and we will exchange it at no cost, shipping both ways included.

How to start a return

Email whitney@hairgardenhair.com with your order number. We respond within one business day with instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately.
