Every order includes our free shade exchange. Keep the hygiene seal intact, write to us within 30 days, and we'll swap you to the right shade at no cost.

With gentle care — brushing from the ends up, washing sparingly with sulphate-free formulas and air-drying — a set is made to last nine to twelve months of regular wear, often longer.

Yes — it's 100% Remy human hair, heat-styleable up to 200°C with a protectant. We recommend deposit-only colour or toning by a professional; lightening will shorten the life of the set.

Genius and Butterfly Wefts are our featherweight rows for seamless, longer wear — best applied by a stylist. F-Tips are strand-by-strand for total customisation. If you're between methods, write to us via the contact page and we'll advise.

Not when they're applied and cared for properly. Our wefts lie flat without bulky tracks, and we always recommend installation by a certified stylist plus regular maintenance appointments.

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $200; tracking arrives by email the moment your parcel leaves the garden.

Unopened sets with the hygiene seal intact can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened hair, but the free shade exchange covers the most common reason to return. Full details in our refund policy.
